Random House Childrens Books Sent Me Two Halloween Reads, The Wednesdays By Julie Bourbeau & Behind The Bookcase By Mark Steensland. Both Books Are Fiction & Are Ideal For Ages Eight To Twelve Years.


The Wednesdays Is About A Boy & His Village & Strange Things That Only Happen On One Day Of The Week-Wednesdays! Other People In The Town Board Up On Wednesday Nights, Hoping Nothing Will Happen To Them Or Their House! Max Is Curious & Goes In Search For What Could Be Causing All Of The Mysterious Happenings On Just That One Day Of The Week! 



Behind The Bookcase Is A Story About A Little Girl, Sarah, Making An Interesting Discovery While Spending The Summer At Her Grandmother's House Who Recently Passed Away. After Venturing Behind The Bookcase, Sarah Is Invited To Another Land, Which Even Has A Talking Cat!

I'm About Half Way Into Each Book, But Wanted To Get These Up In Time For Halloween! :) Both Stories Are Really Cute & Will Have Your Pre-Teen Laughing & Sharing With Their Friends!
