Kickboard USA Maxi Kick Review

My Big Guy is a very active boy, we keep him involved in a variety of activities like t-ball, swim & occupational therapy. When we were at t-ball this past fall one of his team mates had a ride on scooter, he was so amazed & enjoyed watching his friend ride around, I knew I had to get him one of his own!

Kickboard USA is a familiar name when I talk to my friends & family about scooters, so after browsing their wide selection of scooters online, I decided on the Maxi Kick in Navy! The award winning Maxi Kickboard is ideal for ages 6-11 which is perfect since my son is 7 & it has a weight range of 120 pounds! I am hoping to get several years out of this considering he weighs less than 50 pounds, it's light weight & the steering bar extends as your child grows!

My son's maxi came with a t-bar but it's also available with a pilot stick, the t-bar allows your child to balance more easily, it also features double rear wheels & a rear brake! I love the color & how durable this scooter is, it's become a real favorite in our house!

We live in a court but I'm not ready for my big guy to ride the scooter out in the street yet so he loves riding it in our back yard & around the house (we have tile floor). Because of his sensory issues he's not a fan of items on his head like a hat or helmet, however I have recently purchased a helmet for him & we are going to work on him wearing it & once he's comfortable he will be able to ride his Maxi Kick out front with our supervision.

Kickboard USA has a scooter for every child in your life in a rainbow of colors! From the Mini 3In1 to the White kick scooters, your one year old or your teen can enjoy the out doors with these fun scooters!

So what do you think, pretty cool right? This would make a great out door toy for summer fun! You can stay connected with Kickboard USA on Facebook & Twitter!
