NRH2O Family Water Park

It's summer time, the heat has arrived & my children love spending time in the water, it's the easiest & most fun way to stay cool! We do have a pool in the backyard & a few spray grounds around us but they have never attended a family water park!

It's been over 10 years since I've been to NRH2O & I was so excited to be able to visit again with my family, I knew my children would have a blast! NRH2O is located in North Richland Hills & provides endless hours of fun!

If you follow me on twitter, I tried to tweet through out our visit, so you probably saw a few pictures or a few excited tweets tagged with NRH2O! I honestly felt like a kid again & couldn't wait to get in the water with my children! At NRH2O you will find family attractions like the popular wave pool, endless river, even a beach side bay featuring a sand volleyball court! If you are more of a thrill seeker, then the Viper, Double Dipper & the Green Extreme-at 81 feet tall will have you screaming at the top of your lungs!

Grab a chair & hang out in the shade while your children splash away or reserve your own Cabana! NRH2O is also a great place to have birthday parties, field trips or just hang out for the day!

Don't forget to apply sunscreen & when you get hungry from all of that water fun, stop by Sharky's & grab a hot dog, frozen lemonade & more! Need somewhere to store your valuables like your cell phone, keys or wallet, simply rent a locker!

The weather was perfect & boy did the kids have a great time! Little Sister C loved walking around & exploring the park, the Tadpole Swimming Hole quickly became her favorite spot! Big Brother C however, fell in love with the Wave Pool! Every time the waves would go off, my son would get so excited & try to jump the waves, it was the cutest thing ever!

Check out NRH2O online to buy tickets, season passes & find out more about this awesome, family fun waterpark! Stay connected with NRH2O on Facebook & Twitter!
