The First Years Review and Giveaway

The First Years is a popular and trusted name in our house, from high chairs to infant bath tubs, over the years we've owned several First Years baby items. You may remember my review in the spring of The First Years Ignite Stroller, it's still a favorite & used on a regular basis for Little Sister C.

Anyone with children knows that it's always great to have band-aids on hand but what if you should need more than that? Before I had children I would of never thought to keep a first aid kit with me, but thanks to The First Years, I have a new On-The-Go First Aid Kit in my SUV! This kit is perfect for baby & toddler care, supplied with 54 essential items like band-aids, antibiotic ointment, sterile gauze pads, instant cold pack & more. Any parent should own a first aid kit & this one is a great size to keep in the car, you should always be prepared with little ones, I've learned that anything can happen!

Along with the On-The-Go First Aid Kit, The First Years sent me Gripper Sipper spill-proof cups for Little Sister C. From the moment I opened the package these cups had my attention, they contain no extra parts, just the lid & cup-woohoo! The built-in valve allows the cup to be spill proof, it's easy to clean & I don't have to worry about loosing any parts in the dishwasher! They also contain a no slip grip & are BPA Free, so easy for Little Sister C to hold & safe for her to use!

Buy it: You can find The First Years products at retailers nationwide!

Win it: One lucky reader will win the On-The-Go First Aid Kit!

Each household is only eligible to win 3 TOMY products, via blog reviews and giveaways, each calendar year. Only one entrant per household per giveaway. If you have won the same prize on another blog, you will not be eligible to win it again. Winner is subject to eligibility verification.

Use the rafflecopter to enter, good luck!

This would have been helpful when we were visiting our relatives in Boston when my brother and I were young in the 70's. My brother skate boarded down a big hill and put his foot out to stop and ended up with bloody, skinned knees. This firs aid kit *definitely* would have come in handy! :-)

Well traveling we often stop at rest areas to let the kids relax and play. My daughter has had a few scraped knees though and this could have been handy in those times.

We could have used a first aid kit on vacation when dd ended up with a small cut on top of her foot right where her shoes went.

We go through one first aid kit each year...with 6 kids that's a staple in our house. Not only do we keep one in the house but one in each vehicle! I also have a mini-first aid kit in my purse! Bandaids are the fix-all around here. Bug bites, scraped knees...it doesn't matter but the kids ALWAYS ask for neosporin & a band aid!

We have one of those little round hard plastic pools. My two year old always seems to scrape his leg or ankle on the outside rim when he's getting in and out. We could have used this kit on several occasions.

We would definitely use these on trips to the lake house! which is pretty often in the summer! There is always a boo-boo or two on those weekends!

a first aid kit would have been helpful when clumsy me slipped and fell on a rock when trying to cross a creek during a nature walk with hubby and our daughter...

Pretty much any time we go to the lake as a family it would be nice to have a first aid kit.

A first aid kit would be helpful when we go visit our beach house - there are lots of sharp rocks around!

It would have been perfect the time I took the kids for a long walk/bike ride at the county park, my daughter fell off and scrapped her hands and knees.
