The Natural Dentist Review and Giveaway

Everyone knows how important it is to have healthy teeth & gums, but not everyone has them. Did you know that about fifty percent of adults have gum disease & may not even know it since it's a painless condition. There are several factors that can increase your risk of gum disease including smoking, stress, even bad oral hygiene habits. Untreated gum disease can lead to health issues including adult tooth loss & more serious conditions like stroke, diabetes & heart disease.

So now that I have your attention, let's talk about keeping those pearly whites clean & your gums healthy all while avoiding having "pink in your sink". If you spit after brushing your teeth or using mouth wash & there is blood in your sink, it's probably not caused by brushing hard. Actually bleeding gums is a symptom of gingivitis & you should probably visit your dentist soon.

I was recently introduced to The Natural Dentist, they offer a line of clinically proven, all natural mouth rinses & toothpaste. At The Natural Dentist their mouth rinses contain no alcohol, colors or artificial ingredients, it freshens breath, reduces plaque, reduces & prevents bleeding gums as well as protects against gingivitis. That's a pretty powerful mouth rinse if you ask me! Even the Healthy Teeth & Gums toothpaste fights tarter & cavities, whitens teeth, promotes healthy gums & freshens breath.

The Natural Dentist so kindly sent me antigingivities rinse in Orange Zest & Peppermint Twist as well as fluoride toothpaste in Peppermint Twist. So far I am loving my new products, the flavors aren't too strong & I like the Orange Zest for bedtime & the Peppermint Twist for morning mouth rinsing.

I would suggest visiting your local dentist if you are having gum or tooth pain, problems, etc.

Gingivitis is an infection that occurs when bacteria invade soft tissues, bone, and other places that bacteria should not be. At the moment of infection, bacteria no longer help us, they begin to harm us. Infections, like other diseases, range from mild to severe or life-threatening. So we should be careful and follow your tips to avoid gingivitis. Thanks for sharing a well informed article.
