Week One Update

So it's been one week since my baby brother left for boot camp for the Marines. It's also been one week since I started my weight loss journey. If you happen to miss the original post, you can read all about here

It's been a long, busy & exhausting week but I am happy to say that I have lost 5.6 pounds & my EatSmart Scale really helps me keep track of the weight I have lost as well as keeps track of my body fat, bone, muscle & more! 

What a difference it makes when I eat the right foods, drink lots of water & exercise daily!

Wow! That is a lot to lose in a weeks time...good for you! Seeing those numbers had to make you super happy. Congrats and keep up the good work

That is a lot of weight to lose in the first week. I need to lose weight, but it is very hard to do! I have this weight scale and I need to use it more often. Thanks for sharing because this motivates me to lose!

Wow ~ that is wonderful. You lost a lot of weight in just one week. I think losing weight is one of the hardest things that there is! I am rooting for you, but I think that you are beautiful just the way you are.
