Week Two Update

Well it's week two, catch up with my first week & the beginning of my weight loss journey here!

I will have to say this week was a little bit of a harder week, I didn't get in as many work outs as I wanted too & needed too & the only excuse I have is because life just happens that way. I wish I had an hour every day to work out & some days I just can't fit it into my schedule. 
However, I did run with my puppy Thursday night & it was the greatest feeling in the world. I can't remember the last time I ran for that long, it was hot, I was tired & I kept pushing. 
I am still sore today, lol, my poor legs but I know it will just get better as I keep going. 
I didn't loose any weight this week, I actually gained 1.4 pounds, so looking for better results in week three.



My body is slowly starting to feel better & I'm excited to get closer to my goal weight & a healthier me!

I am exercising and it does make me feel better. But I am having a hard time losing weight!! I guess I would have to cut my calories down to like 1200 a day in order to lose weight! I need to lose 20 lbs. This extra weight makes me feel sluggish. Good luck on your exercise and plan to lose weight!!
