Summer Infant 3-in-1 Hippo Tales Potty Giveaway

Today is day 7, the last day in my GoodBye Baby, Hello Toddler event! We hope you have enjoyed all of the toddler themed giveaways!
Today we have a review and giveaway of Summer Infant's 3-in-1 Hippo Tales Potty!

Growing out of infancy and becoming a toddler involves lots of fun new adventures and milestones. One of the biggest ones that can either be easy or hard, depending on the child, is potty training! I have to be honest, my daughter was really easy to potty train; she caught on very quickly and had maybe 2 accidents...ever! She realized the yucky feeling of peeing in her panties and hated it, plus she liked being a big girl on the potty, so it was a very good experience. My son has just turned 21 months old and is showing signs of interest in potty training, and the thought of it is terrifying haha. I hope I have the same good experience potty training him as I did my daughter.

I found one of the cutest potty's from Summer Infant and knew my son would love it! It's the 3-in-1 Hippo Tales Potty!

Product description (adapted from Summer Infant's website):
The interactive 3-in-1 Hippo Tales Potty keeps children engaged during the potty training process. The adorable hippo themed potty includes a colorful, illustrated story book. An interactive sound panel reads the story and provides a rewarding phrase to encourage your little one. As your child grows, the training seat is removable for use on a standard sized toilet. The potty later converts to a sturdy stepstool.

When the potty came to our house, my son was so excited! He really couldn't wait for me to open the box! Once I did, I laid out all the pieces and quickly put together the potty. It was very simple and took me all of 2 minutes.

I really like that this potty is not only a potty, but it can also be used with our toilet for when my son is older and outgrows the little potty, and the base can also be turned upside down and used as a step stool- clever! When used a potty by itself, the white bowl does come out for you to easily dump and clean it, and it does have a high pee shield which is nice, especially if you have a boy!

What is neat and unique about this potty is a little book comes with it, that you can store on the right side of the potty so it's never lost. On the left side of potty are two buttons. The First button is a narrative of the book for your little one to listen to (about a minute long), and the second button is a button that says "hip hop hooray!", that your little one can push after they are done doing their business!.

My son really loves his new potty, and we think the hippo theme is absolutely adorable! Plus, this potty is gender neutral which is really nice! We definitely recommend it to help your little one master potty training!
