NatureSweet Tomatoes

When it comes to preparing meals for my family, I am far away from being a chef but I love to bake their favorites & occasionally mix it up with new recipes & new foods! Any chance I get, I am adding fruits or veggies to our meals & when I was contacted by NatureSweet Tomatoes, I couldn't wait to incorporate these cute little tomatoes into our next family dinner!

NatureSweet Tomatoes aren't just your "regular" tomatoes, their tomatoes are grown in a greenhouse with a controlled environment, all plants are nurtured with a secret recipe of water & nutrients & then only the ripest tomatoes are harvested, in just a few days, the freshest tomatoes have arrived at your local grocery store!

Did you know that tomatoes are rich in an anti-oxidant called lycopene, according to a study by the American Journal of Epidemiology, this could reduce the risk of suffering a heart attack by 50%! Harvard University researches even reported that men who ate at-least 10 servings a week of tomato-based foods are up to 45% less likely to develop prostate cancer. Along with that, there is much more research on just how great tomatoes can be for your & can even prevent blood clots that cause heart diseases & strokes, stated by The Rowett Research Institute in Scotland.

So what are you waiting for? I know I will be consuming more tomatoes, not just because they are delicious & make a great snack, but they are heart healthy, yes, let's eat more!

NatureSweet Tomatoes offers four variety's including:
  • Cherriots
  • Glorys
  • Cherubs
  • Sunbursts
I was sent a variety of coupons to head to my local grocery store & purchase my own fresh NatureSweet Tomatoes! I picked up a package of Glorys, Sunbursts & Cherubs, I couldn't wait to create a new, healthy dish topped off with my NatureSweet Tomatoes!

All of my NatureSweet Tomatoes were full of flavor with every bite, from grabbing a few out of the fridge for snacking to layering them in my chicken salad, we have really enjoyed having these bite size tomatoes in our kitchen!
