Nutrisystem #NSNation Week 8

What a long, very long week it has been, it's just been hectic to say the least. I've learned to keep track of my calories & this week was one of those weeks that I really felt tested for the first time on my weight loss journey, every day I had to MAKE myself drink my shakes & eat my correct meals. There was just too much temptation, too many distractions, etc. But, guess what? I did it & I'm so proud of myself! I've also started adding bananas & peanut butter to my protein shakes to help keep me fuller just a little bit longer but also I've been getting bad leg cramps at night, so the potassium is helping.

So my youngest will be turning 4 in October & finally, the belly flab that I've been carrying around for years, ya know the one that you try to cover up with baggie shirts, etc well it's finally gone! I'm beyond ecstatic! Along with a great Nutrisystem diet & work out routine, I'm fitting back into pre-baby clothes that I wore almost 4 years ago & I'm ready to get a gym membership & start toning up this body!

This is the last week of month 2, September starts my final & 3rd month on Nutrisystem! I can't wait to see what the next few weeks have in store!

So have you been keeping up with my week to week results?

Here's my weight loss break-down:

Starting weight on June 30th was 164.8

Weight as of July 6th (week 1) was 160.1

Weight as of July 13th (week 2) was 156.4

Weight as of July 20th (week 3) is 159

Weight as of July 27th (week 4) is  158.6

Weight as of August 3rd (week 5) is 158.2

Weight as of August 10th (week 6) is 155.6

Weight as of August 17th (week 7) is 156

Weight as of August 24th (week 8) is 155.8

I didn't really lose any weight this week or it doesn't feel like it. I'm really going to push myself hard this week, I can't wait to get into the 140's. I've lost about 10 pounds to date, not to shabby for me!

I appreciate all of your comments, love & support while I'm on my three month Nutrisystem weight loss journey! In-case you missed the initial announcement, you can view it here!

(I am officially an #NSNation blogger, I received a 3 month's supply of Nutrisystem for free. All opinions are my own & no other compensation was received)
