Nutrisystem #NSNation Week 11

Hopefully you've been following along my 3 month weight loss journey, it's kinda been a roller coaster with my weight but I hope to never see the 160's again & I'm hoping within the next few weeks I'll be out of the 150's for good. 

While Nutrisystem is a great way to lose weight, gain control over your calorie intake & prepare better foods for yourself & family, your body needs exercise & that's what I started doing 11 weeks ago. 

I'm so glad that I decided to make this lifestyle change for myself & my family, I have just a few weeks left of Nutrisystem so I'm hoping to finish this month strong!

When I first weighed in on June 30th, I was 164.8, today I weigh 156. While that doesn't seem like a whole lot of "pounds shed", I've lost several inches around my thighs & waist, I'm wearing clothes a size smaller & I feel better than I've felt in a long time!

It feels so good putting on clothes a size smaller than you're used to! Way to go!
