Let your little one get a good nights sleep with Pampers

This review was made possible by Double Duty Divas and Pampers. I was provided the featured product free of charge to facilitate my review, but all opinions are 100% mine."

Can you believe how fast October is flying by? Daylight Savings Time is right around the corner & for many parents, including myself, it can lead to nervousness & anxiety about our babies sleep patterns. I'm sure you will find yourself asking, how will my baby adjust to the time change? Will that mean an earlier wake up time for both my baby & myself?

A survey conducted by Pampers in 2013 revealed that nearly one-quarter of mothers (24%) felt that a dry diaper was the number one thing that enabled their baby to sleep through the night. I know first hand that little ones do not enjoy wet diapers, especially when they are sleeping! As Moms we understand the importance of sleep & research proves us right!

Sleep contributes to well-being in so many ways, from physical & cognitive development to sociability & day-to-day moods. Pampers is committed to keeping your baby dry during the most important parts of their day: love, play & sleep. Through Pampers' extensive research on sleep, they've learned that babies are more vulnerable to waking up when they're wet.

Pampers diapers are unlike another other diaper that offers two layers, Pampers have three absorbent layers that provide up to 12 hours of overnight dryness protection, which means your little one gets the sweet slumber they deserve & need & so do you!

We've used Pampers for years & have always been pleased, it's important to have a good bedtime routine for your little one as well, time change can be hard on everyone & a few days of adjustment can be expected.

We have always liked their swaddlers and the wipes I use all the time and probably always will. For sleep tips, a bath with bedtime lotion and a full belly is my only tip
