Potty Training with #PullUpsAcademy

I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Pull-Ups. I received samples for this review and a promotional item to thank me for participating.

Potty training is different for every child, it's a big milestone for toddlers & it requires a lot of patience, consistency & positive encouragement! As a parent & from having previous experience working in a childcare facility, I know first hand that potty training can be hard for some & easy for others!

The Pull-Ups Big Kid Academy is full of resources, tips & advice for parents while on their potty training journey! From learning how to do the "Potty Dance" to shopping for Cool Alert Pull-Ups, the Big Kid Academy online has everything you & your little one need to potty train!

It's important not to rush your child, he/she needs a lot of encouragement during this exciting milestone in their life! With the help of a potty seat, fun learning designs Pull-Ups & the Time to Potty app, your child will be ready to start the potty training journey!

One of the great activities that Pull-Ups also offers is the Time to Potty app, this app can be downloaded from the App store or in the Google Play store. This unique app will help create a potty training routine for your child, the classic potty timer helps your child learn the importance of taking regular potty breaks.

The app automatically adjusts based on your child's progress, it helps remind your child to go & it's loaded with fun games to celebrate every potty break! The Time to Potty app contains over 40 unlocked mini-games & allows you to view weekly reports of your child's progress, no matter where you are on your potty training journey.

Thanks to Pull-Ups, your little one will love the unique & fun patterns found on Pull-Ups. Featuring your child's favorite Disney characters like Doc McStuffins, Ariel, Lightning McQueen & Jake and the Never Land Pirates! When the training pants get wet, the characters fade, this will help your child learn to stay dry!

Learning Designs Pull-Ups are available in sizes 2T-3T (18-34lbs), 3T-4T (32-40lbs) & 4T-5T (38-50lbs). I love the bright colors on the Pull-Ups, the easy-open sides make it easy to check for potty breaks, plus they are stretchy so kids can learn to put them on & take them off like a big kid!

It's great to have a potty training routine in place in your home, having everyone in your family involved could be great for your child's success! On every potty training journey, there will be setbacks, don't get discouraged or discipline your child, but encourage him/her to try again, maybe pick up a pack of stickers or m&m's & start again!

Do you have any other tips for potty training? Don't forget to check out the Big Kid Academy online! Feel free to stay connected with Pull-Ups on Facebook, Twitter & Pinterest!

My kids are all past potty training, but I bet the app would have been fun and helpful for them.

Time to Potty app.......oh my how far we've come!!! Where was this wonder when my kids were little! My app was a land-line phone call to my mother for advice! This is seriously awesome for new mommies today!

We aren't ready for potty running (or maybe it's just me who isn't ready!) but when the time comes I will have to keep this in mind!
