Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars

  • Two cans of crescent rolls
  • Two packages of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of butter - melted
  • 1/4 cup of honey

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  • Unroll one entire can of crescent rolls, spread out in the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish
  • Using your stand mixer, mix together both packages of your softened cream cheese, add in just 1 cup of sugar & 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • Once smooth, scoop mixture out onto crescent rolls in pan, spread out, nice & smooth, covering all of the crescent roll layer

  • Unroll the second can of crescent rolls, carefully place over cream cheese/sugar mixture in pan
  • Pour the melted butter all over the top
  • Mix the 1/2 cup of sugar & cinnamon together in a small bowl, then sprinkle across the top layer
  • Bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes or until crescent rolls start to brown
  • Before cooling, drizzle with honey, slice into squares & enjoy!

I just started making these a few months ago & now they are requested at every family dinner, get together or event! They are a delicious but super sweet, all around an amazing dessert! Have you made Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars before?
